Collaboration and partnership to deliver enhanced value

About the Project

BatesJPW is a fourth generation family business founded in 1908.  Over those many years they have changed and adapted to their current specialisms in recruitment advertising and creative marketing.  Mike Gough and Andrew Bates (MD of Bates JPW) met at National Childcare Trust antenatal classes, but it wasn’t until Walden O’Neill was founded that we realised the possibilities for partnering and the potential value this could deliver for both businesses.

Walden O’Neill is a digital consultancy with a focus on delivering high-quality, holistic user-experiences.  We understand that digital is one part of a greater whole, with Brand, Advertising and Marketing also being key.

We decided very early to keep the core of our business highly focussed on digital, but to pursue a selective partnership strategy that could offer best-of-breed solutions to our joint and individual clients.  This strategy has already proved successful for both us and our clients.

After just 6 months we delivered our first integrated campaigns comprising; brand development, digital strategy, Drupal websites, Acquia Cloud Enterprise hosting, print and online ads.

We have a strong connection to the South East London area with both businesses having offices in Bermondsey and working with local organisations such as Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust and Dimbleby Cancer Care.

By combining our individual specialisms our clients have received truly excellent results in a fast and efficient manner.
