About the project
We defined a new brand identity for the trust that is fresh, modern and extremely well received both internally and by candidates. Since the launch in November 2015 we have:
- Recruited hundreds of nurses at an average cost of less than £500 per recruit!
- Achieved an incredible success rate with almost all offers being accepted
- Added new roles for specialist respiratory nurses and Evelina Paediatric ICU nurses
- Continued support for the on-going program of open days throughout 2017 and 2018
The website was conceived, designed, developed in Drupal, tested and launched in just 7 weeks.
With the continued enhancements, it has proved an incredibly valuable and adaptable focus point for the Trust’s nurse recruitment at a time when nurse shortages are a critical issue for the NHS.
