About the project
Following the launch at the end of November 2015, we have:
- Defined a new brand identity for the trust that is compliant, fresh, modern and extremely well received internally and by candidates
- Recruited hundreds of nurses at a fraction of the cost of traditional recruitment
- Received daily applications throughout the multiple campaigns
- Acquired over 65% of traffic as a result of social media and Google AdWords campaigns
- Added a new role for specialist respiratory nurses
- Added a new dedicated section supporting an on-going program of open days throughout 2017 and 2018
The website was conceived, designed, developed in Drupal, tested and launched in 7 weeks. With the continuing enhancement, it has proved an incredibly valuable and adaptable focus point for the Trust’s nurse recruitment at a time when nurse shortages are a critical issue for the NHS.
